    I have a client with v9.13967.

Recently, an inbound rule on a DID no longer routes the calls correctly.
Instead, I see Inbound out-of-office hours rule (unnamed) for 1000 forwards to DN:815.

815 is a queue for their main line calls.

The rule is simple, and like the other DIDs they have. If I remove the DID, the triggered rule is the same.
If I add it back, no change.
If I restart services, no difference.

Rather strange rule, I don't even have office hours set on this trunk.. but if I set 00:00 to 23:59, the log instead shows Inbound office hours rule (unnamed) for .... still no trigger on the inbound rule I want.

How can I get this DID to route to the extension I want it to go?

    Hi,

Are you routing it using the inbound rules or the DID settings under the VOIP provider. Try and see the inbound rule there and ensrue your DID is being recognised. It is a bit difficult to understand the point of failure over the forums. I suggest you open up a ticket on support.3cx.com for such a matter.
