inbound rules caller based receptionist

    Is it possible to choose a receptionist based on caller id?
    We like to install 3 receptionists: Dutch, German, English.
    Based on first digits of caller id= country number we like to direct to a receptionist in specific language.
    caller id starts with 0049=> calling from Germany therefor directed to german receptionist.
    DID is based on dialed number not caller id as I understand.

    Ideas :idea: someone?

    Send all calls to an extension first. In the Extension forwarding rules you can then setup branching based on CallerID. Try not to think of extensions only as users, they are very handy for routing purposes for this or for having multiple time conditions.
