    Right now, if an external Agent's phone goes to VM - as with a cellphone out of network - the Queue caller gets connected with the agent's voicemail rather than the next available agent. Rebound would prevent this from happening.

    100% agree with this. The rebound feature would be incredibly useful for external queue agents for the exact reason mentioned in this post.

    Without this feature preventing the external agents VM from answering the call it breaks the whole concept of a call queue where if an agent is unavailable to take a call it gets routed to the next.

    Bringing this to the top, very userfull feature, we have external queue agents and they do want to hear announce before they accept.
