Incoming and intra-PBX calls not working

    Hello all,
    I just installed the latest version of 3CX, and I am having some problems getting incoming calls to work. I am using both Sipgate and Gizmo for incoming calls. When I dial the DIDs, I simply get a busy signal, even though the providers and 3CX states that I'm registered.

    Also, when I try to make intra-PBX calls to other extensions, the phone states that the user doesn't exist. This happens on any of my phones.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Best place to start is with the 3CX logs. Do they show any sign of an incoming call? If so, post the logs here.

    Sounds like firewall problems

    Run the firewall checker on 3cx first. I think you have some blocked ports.
