Incoming Call Authentication

    Hi All,
    I have a client who wants to do something like this ... does anyone have any ideas of 3CX support incoming pin number authentication?

    Thanks in advance for any help

    The plan was as follows:

    Incoming call goes to message: (digital recpetionist).

    Press 1 for hardware support press 2 for Software support....
    On press 2: Please enter your pin number
    Correct pin..... > goes to certain extension
    or incorrect pin – message saying no support then to voice mail then email to everybody

    On press 1: Please enter your pin number
    Correct pin > route to appropriate person
    Incorrect pin: – message saying no support then to voice mail then email to everybody.

    Yes this is possible with the VAD. Check out information on the VAD on the blog http://www.3cx.com/blog

    Nate, thanks, I've actually just downloaded the VAD and am having a play with it at present, but not sure if it will work with the free version?
