Incoming call drops active call

When we are on the phone and there is a new caller, the existing call is dropped and the new caller is active.

How can i stop this?

(sorry for my English)
 
Hi Ruud,

There is not a lot of information as to the issue here and how you have the PBX setup.

For example:

* A call comes in, what happens to the caller, is there a message or a complete cut-off.
* Do you have call forwarding enabled.
* Do you have inbound rules setup.

And most importantly what is the behaviour you do want when a secondary call comes in ?

As above some additional information regarding your setup are needed. In addition to what @eddv123 asked, what are you using to receive a call? Is this an IP phone or a client?
 
What type of trunking are you using?
Post, or at least look over, a 3CX Activity Log of the event.
