    Hi there,

I changed yesterday to a new DSL modem (replacing AVM by LEVEL-ONE), since then I have a problem with incoming calls: on my VOIP client I do see the incoming call and can also answer the call. But the calling party still hears the ringing tone... Outgoing calls from 3CX are working without any problem.

I have opened the following ports in the new DSL modem:

    5 TCP 5090 5090 192.168.178.24 5090
    6 BOTH 9000 9049 192.168.178.24 9000
    7 BOTH 3478 3478 192.168.178.24 3478
    8 BOTH 5060 5070 192.168.178.24 5060
    9 BOTH 3478 3478 192.168.178.24 3478
    10 TCP 3389 3389 192.168.178.24 3389
    11 TCP 25 25 192.168.178.24 25

And here is a copy of the log file:

    10:19:17.909 [CM503008]: Call(8): Call is terminated

Anyone here an idea where to look for a solutions ?

    Thanks so much

The Level-One Modem/router wouldn't happen to be one of their models that has a couple of FXS (VoIp) ports built into it , is it?

no it is the FBR 1461B - no VOIP options within the router...

the server running 3CX has two IP addresses: 192.168.178.24 and 192.168.178.25

Why 2 IP's on the same subnet?
It's asking for trouble if you aren't careful.

good idea - I changed entries in network setting and STUN server settings, but still in the protocol I do see:

08:53:15.354 [CM506001]: STUN request to resolve SIP external IP:port mapping is sent to STUN server 75.101.138.128:3478 over Transport 192.168.178.24:5060

So does the log show the incoming call going to ...192.168.178.25 or 192.168.178.24 now?

there is still a mix of 192.168.178.24 and 192.168.178.25 records in the log file.
I have now exchanged the LEVEL-ONE router by a NETGEAR DG632B and with the same forwarding rules, 3CX is now working.

So I gave it up with the Level One Router.

Still the question is open, how can I adjust which IP to use ? There is still communication via the second IP address...

21:32:08.454 [CM506003]: Resolved SIP external IP:port has changed to (91.42.141.35:5060) on Transport 192.168.178.24:5060

Thanks very much for you help so far !

Are there two IP's because there are two NIC's? I would see if you can't get rid of the second IP unless it's something you have installed for a particular reason or programme. All messaging for the 3CX should be using just one IP address.

yes this is server running not only running 3cx, also other server software and has therefore more than one NIC

If all of the sets, port forwarding and internal 3cx settings are set to use only one of the IP's then I''m not sure why it is making use of the other . Does the STUN server in 3CX go out over the other IP ? You could check this in the log when 3CX first starts.
