We are using 3cx v10 sp5 and we use a patton 4114 for two incoming phone lines. Randomly when calls come in on the first line on that patton they show caller id and ring once. Then appear to disconnect before we can pick them up. Then a about 5-10 seconds later they ring again as anonymous caller and it is the same client. This is very random and I don't know where to start troubleshooting this.

    Any Ideas?

I would swap the phone lines around, going into the Patton and see if the trouble moves to line two (assuming your inbound routing allows this to work for you). Or you can try moving line 1 to one line 3 or 4, see if there is still an issue.

Check the 3CX log whaen this happens, does it appear that the gateway is ending the call?

What does the caller get, the first time...busy, silence, disconnect?

If you have one kicking around, attach a stand-alone caller ID box to the line having the issue, does it show a number, when the patton doesn't?

    Is the Patton firmware up-to-date?
