Incoming caller ID with FOX port Adapter

I try 3 of FOX unit, still got problem with the incoming caller ID. the Ext. just deplay the line ID.
not caller ID. for this log, show us only ling ID "10001" desplay. I use HandTone 488 as a FOX port adapter. other unit like SAP3000 is same.
How to fixup? or can not fixup?
