Incoming calls are not conencted

    Hello

    We just upgraded from V10 to V11 by way of a restore of the V10 configuration.
    All seems normal, however any call from the phone to voicemail or an incoming call to the digital assistant is resulting in a "This call cannot be completed, please try again..."

    Below is an example of the log of an extension trying to call 999 for voicemail.

    Please advise.
    We are thinking of rolling back to V10.

    OK i figured it out. The 3CXApplicationPool in IIS was stopped. I started the Pool and all seems to be working. A review of the event viewer showed some ASP.NET unhandled exceptions in the IVR module.
