First I'd like to summarize the flow of our incoming call from outside using 3CX system. 1. When callers from outside dial our trunkline, a voice prompt (digital receptionist) will first answer the call ("Welcome to our company) 2. Then voice prompt will guide the caller how to connect to the callee - option1: dial the local number of the person you wish to call, option 2. stay on the line then an operator will assist you. Our callers, encountered the error if they chose the option 1 (dial the local number of the person you wish to call), instead of forwarding the call to the local number, the call just loopback to the Voice Prompt or Digital Receptionist ("Welcome to our company). Our 3CX system current version is v7.1.6391.0. This issue didnt happen in previous version. Is this a bug? or something that i need to configure. Please help..thanks in advance.
