Incoming calls question

    Can I set 1 extension for incoming calls, and if nobody picks up at that extension ring the rest of the phones in the system?

    Can you not direct the incoming trunk to that set, then after X seconds send the call to a ring group that contains all of the other sets?

    Yes. We have a customer who does exactly this - answered by a live person and if busy or away then goes to a ring group.

    In the inbound rules for that phone number set the incoming call to go to the extension you want.

    Then in that extension's call forwarding rule, set the available status to forward to the ring group after xx seconds (and also if busy).
