incoming calls sent to vmail after 1 ring

    my incoming callas are cut off and the caller sent to vmail after 1 ring, is there something i am missing

    At first guess I would say it is a setting/configuration in your phones. Can you call successfully from one extension to another? What settings are you using for call forwarding? Is it just these two phones? Do you have others you can substitute?

    hi, just have these two phones, i can call internally fine and also outgoing calls are fine, when i ring the number is displayed on the phone for 1 second and then i get sent to voicemail on the phone calling in

    To eliminate the phone(s) itself as the problem, you could try installing the 3CX softphone on a PC. See if it reacts the same way.

    I am also suddley getting this from external calls say doing blind transfer
    Internal calls to extension work fine
