    Hello and Thanks
    newbie here....
    using 3cx cloud with sonicwall TZ205 and TZ100 firewall(s) spa504g, snom320, snom821
New configuration 5 days "live". 3 different offices, with three different firewalls and WAN's.
    firewall checker OK
using "stun" setting with static external IP

Here's where I'd like to start: When calling from one extension to another on same LAN, all works as expected.
When call from extension to a different WAN, first call does not ring, log shows "no answer" (voicemial
if enabled). HOWEVER a second call made as soon as possible after failed call or even 30 minutes
later (I have not timed this) rings and is answerable as expected.

Trouble shooting the issue is harder because after the first call gets "no answer" then next call goes
through. I believe the time interval before I can reproduce the problem is over an hour.

extensions appear "green" before first call get's no answer

How about a hint? or "the" answer...

    additional configuration
ports opened for 3cx host and remote extensions: 5000-6000 udp and tcp 55000-54999 udp 3478 udp and tcp
WAN IP addresses of all hosts opened to each other
NO QoS or voip settings enabled on any firewall

LAN to WAN access for 3cx cloud server has UDP setting inactivity timeout changed to 30 seconds rather than default of 300

phones have registration timeout changed from 3600 seconds to 100 on snom's and 300 on spa504's
phones have RTP port set to same and firewall(s) 55000-64999

I would start by using Wireshark to determine where (what device?,) the Invite is being blocked. Does it reach the "far side" of the router at the called end?

Are you using the 3CX SBC at some ends? Sets behind routers? Using VPN?

If sets are simply behind a router/firewall, has each been assigned a unique port number?

3cx standard is installed on 3cx_cloudserve, resides on google-VM.
    no SBC's
    no proxy's

I'm not good enough with wireshark to get much, but might as well try

DO YOU HAVE ANY REFERENCES FOR USING GOOGLE-VM WITH 3CX CLOUD_SERVER

    SOLVED

changed windows-server host to allow all phone host IP inbound
changed all phone, firewall and server RTP port range to same
removed all stun and external IP settings from phones

    some of above probably unnecessary?
