Incoming external call pickup using Snom with BLF's

Hi,

Let's say I use extension A.
My partner uses extension B.
I have a BLF programmed on my phone for extension B.

When an external calls comes in on extension B, the BLF light assigned to extension B blinks on my phone (normal so far).
If I press that BLF while it's blinking, the phone call is lost, instead of being picked up by my phone.

If I do the same thing with an internal call, I can intercept the call without any problem.

Does someone have this issue ? is there a way to fix it ?
I searched the forum but I didn't find anything.

No, sorry, it doesn't shed enogh light. I would appreciate if you restart your system in verbose logging mode, make that call (that fails) and than collect a support info and send it to my e-mail (arthur at 3cx dot com)

I need trace file for Call 14. It should be in your log's backup folder.
 
There is a 20MB file named 3CXAssistantServer.exe.102235

Is that what you need ? if not, can you tell me where I can find it ?
