Incoming Ring Group cannot be answered on first try

    I have been working a very strange issue with 3CX and Patton, and wanted to see if anyone else has ever seen this.

    When a call comes in through PSTN (Patton 4114) it is forwarded to a ring group. Every so often a call will come in, and ring the group. Someone will answer the call, but it will be silence. They hang up, and it rings once again into the group, and can be answered the second (sometimes 3rd or 4th) time. It is very odd.

    Has anyone ever heard of this? The 3CX is on v7.1 and the Patton is on 5.4.

    Just crossing my fingers that someone has seen this before.

    Do the 3CX logs show that the silent calls are happening on one specific port or on any port?
