    Hello All

I have my sip trunk setup and I can call out from my phone, but I can not receive any incoming calls at all.

I have an incoming route coming in to a call group nothing happens, I also tried to an extension as well with nothing.

Any help getting the incoming route working would be great thanks

    Hi techs,

Did you run the firewall checker? Please run the firewall checker and let us know if it passed.

Ok it tells me that the port forwarding is not configured these are the ports I have configured for the server

    tcd/udp 5060-6000
    UDP 9000-6900
    TCP 80
    TCP 443

id there a different port I need to be forwarding for the incoming to work right

Does the 3CX Activity log actually show the incoming call, is it getting that far?

Also I was using Elastix phone server prior and that was working good so I am not sure why this wouldn't be working

Is registration successful? Can your provider confirm that they have the correct information to route calls to you?
