We have a client who has a very good assured broadband line for VOIP traffic only.

One thing that we have noticed is that when we call their voip numbers, the network routing to the PBX happens so fast, 3CX instantly picks up the call with no ringing tone to the caller.

Can there be a way to delay 3CX from answering the incoming calls so that one ring tone is heard before 3CX answers the call? Calls are routed direct to a call queue and a recorded greeting is played directly to the caller.
