I am using 3CXPhone on iOS out of office and having issues with incoming voice calls from extensions. It previously worked and now all of a sudden when I make calls to extensions in office from my iOS device out of office I cannot hear the person speaking. They can however hear me speaking. Everything is setup correctly on the port forwarding side and everything else in the app otherwise works perfect such as presence etc. Any ideas what this can be? All software is on the latest version and I did not change anything in the configuration recently.
