    Call come in through the GXW4104 Ring the extention either directly by numberic entry or via call transfer via DR. But before it gets a chance to go to VM if disconnects and drops the line. Here is the Server Status message of this sequence:

    13:42:52.796 StratInOut::eek:nCancel: Call from Ln:10000@GXW4104 to Ln:10000@GXW4104 has been terminated
    13:42:52.562 >>: Can't provideOffer when not in Connected state
    13:42:46.593 StratInOut::eek:nAnswered: Call from Ln:10000@GXW4104 is answered on Ext.120
    13:42:34.921 CallConf::eek:nIncoming: Incoming call from Ln:10000@GXW4104 to sip:10000@192.168.1.99

    Any Ideas ?

    a bit more info, If the Ext is set to ring for 6 secs and then goto VM if no answer. the following is true:
    IF EXT is registered then call is dropped after the preset period .
    IF the Ext is not registered and the Setting for Phone Unregistered is set to go to VM. That Works.
    Not sure what path to follow, but it seems like a software issue.

    Unfortunately this is an issue with the Grandstream gateways. They expect a response from the phone system within 30 seconds.

    To work around this, route all inbound calls to a digital receptionist, and then have the user go to the correct extension from there.

    We are looking in to this and will log a support request at Grandstream
