Inconsistencies in status from 3cx Phone and Mgmt Console

    I have noticed at times while doing some troubleshooting that the Port//Trunk Status says on thing and 3cx phone says another.
    ie:
    3cx Phone shows an inbound caller talking to user at extension 4005
    Management Console shows that same inbound phone number sitting on Shared Park 1 (SP1)

    I know that the call did sit on SP1 for a short time before ext 4005 picked it up. But why did Management Console not update to the extension?

    Does the status correct itself if you close off the management console, then re-open?

    Didn't try that... probably not a huge deal... but I did notice it.
