Increase timeout foward external call

    Hello there,

    We have been losing several calls on the 3cx ISO app. Regarding external calls, I want to increase the time before calls to be foward to voicemail.

    Go to Forwarding Rules for the extension and change the timeout amount listed under the Internal Calls section. Even though it is in the Internal Calls section of the page, the same timeout is used for external calls.

    Hello Daniel Sant Anna,

    As pmterp mentioned increasing the time for the forwarding rules to activate will do the trick. Please ensure that all 4 possible destinations (2 for internall and 2 for externall calls) are configured as desired for each case. If the externall calls are being directed to a queue or a ring group then the maximum queue wait time or the ring time should be changed accordingly.
