Individual Agent statistics

    I am missing a report in the reporting module: A report show the Agent statistics, all details, for all Queues a specific Agent is a member of. Today I can only report on single Queue or All Queues. I need a view the other way around.
    It would also be handy to be able to select a group of Agents, not only a single Agent.

    I the grouping could be setup in the system, so that the same grouping can be reused in later reports, would be a nice feature.
    Maybe Extension Groups, could be used for this, as now in the version 12, users/agents, can be members of more than one group.
