Is there a way to sort the information presented within the Presence Information window? I have try clicking on the column headers and that doesn't seem to do anything. From a manager's point of view, the ability to sort would greatly make the Presence Information window more useful. Example of how sorting would help: - In Queue Calls, sort the list of agents by Agent Status so it is easier to see who is logged in at the moment. - In Active Calls, sort the list of calls by Duration so it is easier to see which calls have been going on for the longest.
