Insightly CRM Integration bugs

    I was not able to post a question in docs: http://www.3cx.com/docs/insightly-crm-integration/ so instead writing here for others to join.
    3CX PRO/ PC / Windows 7 Pro / Insightly CRM
    Problem: 3CX client->Advanced->Integration->Insightly
    A) Lookup order does not get saved.
    B) When 3CX Client has ‘Import Contacts’ sync’ed with Google account, then incoming calls from persons not in Google Contacts [3CX's address book] – CRM plugin does not get triggered
    C) Journaling - Inbound & Missed calls saved in Notes. But Notes about Outbound calls to contacts in CRM don't get saved.
    Reason - wrong phone format passed to API. CRM phones are in this format: XXX-XXX-XXXX. Inbound calls are formatted by Vitelity Trunk in same format.

    To fix this, we need to add phone formatting option in Integrations.

    Outgoing Call not saved in CRM Notes:

    11/27/16 1:12:11 PM  Error storing call information: contact with phone number '1111111111' could not be found. 
    Incoming Calls saved in CRM Notes:
    Code:
    11/26/16 5:19:31 PM - Searching URL = https://api.insight.ly/v2.2/Contacts/Search?phone_number=111-111-1111 ...

    Thank you for your feedback. We will make tests and try to reproduce these bugs.
    We are going to inform you when there is going to be a release with the fixed issues !
