Installing the CRM integration and get an register popup

    Im new here;

    Whats happend when installing the CRM integration module.
    and getting an popup with the message that it failed to register. hresult -2147024769

    The popup tells me that i need to contact support personnel.

    can sombody tell me why this happends and how to solve this.

    Hi there,
    A few questions to clarify :
    - Are you running latest 3CX Phone System v12 and service pack 6 ? Is it activated ?
    - What version of CRM integration module are you installing ? Is this error occurring during setup or after ? On what OS ?
    - What CRM are you using?
