Integration checkbox under extensions can´t be activated

    Running on V15.5 - latest updates installed. I´m trying to activate the Outlook plugin for one user, did that before on other installations and had no problems.
    At the current customers installation the plugin was first installed under Settings -> CRM Integration and shows up correctly under the users extension settings, but I can´t click the checkbox to activate the plugin. The checkbox is just greyed out. Tested that with different browsers but had not success at all.

    Seems like this is the same issues as reported previously here:

    Anyone who has any good ideas?

    Might be the wrong forum. If necessary pls. move to CRM/Helpdesk/App integration forum....

    Hello @flipotec

    What licence version are you running? You need to be running either Pro or enterprise edition to be able to use this feature as mentioned in this guide.

    For the STD edition Outlook plugin you will need to download the plugin and install it on the users PC as per this guide
