Hello!
Is there any suggested way to work with an external CTI application (e.g. estos ProCall Enterprise)?
We have Troubles at one customers side, where we use the uaCSTA protocol of Yealink Phones. The Problem is, that the phones do not respond to CSTA requieries, so then the ProCall client shows active calls where no active calls are… And they do not deliver the right caller-number in case of forwarded calls…
estos and Yealink are on Investigation... very boring thing…
Maybe anyone of you has an idea… Thank you!
