Curious if anyone is doing this? We've configured a ODBC connection for the contacts and it seems to be working right now but clients are unable to edit the contacts from their softphone (says they are sync'd and unable to be edited).
I'm not sure if we update the contact in our CRM if the 3CX system will update the contact (I tried it and it didn't seem to do this but I might have something setup wrong)
