When an extension is provisioned on a desk phone and a 3CXPhone client in softphone mode, Intercom calls most always go to the softphone. I propose a configuration option that sets a priority list of devices to be intercom-ed when an extension is receiving an intercom call. When the Intercom system IVR receives a call for ext XYZ the IVR should look up this list for the XYZ ext and first try device 1, if that device does not respond within a second then goes to the second and maybe third. It would essentially be like a mini hunt group. Please vote if you like the idea.
