Intercom in V9 (resolved)

    I recently upgraded from V8 to V9 with the 2 user demo license. In V8 I was able to intercom between my polycom phones and 3cx soft phones. Currently on 3CX Phone System v9.0.13373.540

    Since the upgrade I don't seem to have intercom capability anymore. Even tried installing a new demo license.

    Here are the log entries from a call from a polycom phone to a 3cx soft phone.

    Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    As far as i know the 3cx phone do not support intercom.

    Good question, just noticed that. Ext 19 is a softphone extension.

    But I think the real issue is I may be getting confused on licensing. Does the 2 call demo license actually support intercom?

    I recall testing on my initial install which lets you run a timebombed full license right?

    Hi, 2 call demo license has full commercial features (incl. fax, paging, intercom, call park and call pick-up), but without G729 codec support. Please check your phones, firmware and etc.

    Hello,

    I wanted to post back as this is resolved. I uninstalled 3cx, installed the latest V9 release, installed a backup that I took from my V8 system and then installed the 2 user code.

    This resolved the issue. I must have smacked something in the provisioning directory.

    I now have intercom between polycom and the 3cx phones.
