HI there,

I'am new to this 3cx system. I've installed and configure 3cx mini and manage to make it work.
But sometimes when i try to dial in, dial out or dial extentions , it just straight to voice mail.
Fax also the same case, sometime it work just fine and other time it just doesnt came/went through.

The configuration:
Windows server 2008 R2
Phones: Cisco 7940 (SIP)
Fax with Patton M-ATA

these are the activity log:

Thank you for helping me out on this matter.

Regards,

Off hand the only thing that pops out as a concern in the log you posted, is this line..

Is that the issue you are talking about? If so, does this type of lo show when calls are placed to all sets or just that specific one?
have you checked the firmware release on the sets/ Is it up to date?

Thank you for answering my question(s).
Well, the problem is the system running intermittent, calling out goes directly to voicemail and incoming i have to restart the services to make it work again.
I'm not sure where the problem is, dont know where to find.

dydot

Who's voicemail are you reaching, a 3CX extension or one that your VoIP provider offers?

Thank you for your reply leejor,
the # 79734050310 is my cell number (im trying to call my cell).
The voicemail i reached is 3cx extension mailbox #.

regards,

dydot

I see you dialling the first number(79734050310). Where does 3CX get 9738376149, whose number is that? Is that in your outbound rules?

that is my sip pilot number and yes it is in my outbound rules.

I'm sorry, I don't understand why you are dialling your mobile number and your outbound rules are converting it to your SIP pilot number. Is there some reason behind that?

Thank you leejor for your prompt answer.

I've found the problem, it was my stupidest mistake.
I installed 3cx as a test server at first and when i installed the production server, i didnt disable the test server.
So 3cx was confused what route to took.

About the pilot number i have no idea why it do that, i thought it was "normal", since i have no knowledge about this.
Please give me ad advice.

regards,

dydot

I'm not sure how you have your outbound rules set up. If you continue to have problems, you may need to review them.
