Intermittent Voice Mail Audio

    Experiencing intermittent audio in an extensions voice mail. At times there is no audio when retreiving a voicemail. This occurs when dialing 999 using the phone, and in the vm to email .wav file attachment. The file exists but there is no audio. Happens across multiple extensions.

    3CX version 10
    Media server has been restarted.
    No MS Exchange integration

    Any help would be appreciated.
