Intermittently unable to make external calls

    I have one user out of 10 that gets an intermittent error when making external calls. the log shows an error of
    L:7957.1[Extn] failed to reach Line:10000>>077xxxxxxxx, reason Not Acceptable HereReason Unknown
    line10000 being my Voip provider trunk with 10 lines (1 in use).

    next time she tries it works ok.

    Internal calls all working ok.

    Call your provider. It can be anything from a failure to negotiate a codec to the absence of an actual route. Probably not your issue at all.
