I have 3CX running at my provider Pocos.

My phones are located on other location.

Incommingcalls and outgoing calls are working.

But internal calls ........there is no sound ....you can not hear the other talking .

I took the phones back home, and also home it's not working.

    I did a factory reset.....added account manualy again...same problem.

I use STUN (else the account is not registered)
Local SIP Port = 5060 , but also tried Random port , did not make a change.

    Hope someone can help me!

    I am out of options

    Kind regards,
    Marco Smeets

Did the 3CX Firewall test pass?
How many sets are you using at the remote location? Do you use an SBC?
If you set the extensions to PBX Delivers audio , does it work?
Are there any error logs in the 3CX Activity Log after a failed call?
What does a registration, for one of the sets look like? Does it contain the public IP of the remote router and a unique local port, for each set?
Some routers have an issue trying to keep track of audio ports, when there are multiple devices on the same network. What make/model are you using at the remote location.

    firewall test is Passed!
i am now at home, testing with a random 2 Hteks
    No SBC

    PBS Delivers audio:....after i check this on 1 extension...YES ! fixed!

    THANK YOUUUUUUUU

    New question:
    1. Should I disable this on every extension or is there a global setting?
    2. what is reasing , the sound is not working without this checkbox?

It isn't the best "fix". All audio must now route back though the PBX. Audio issues between two (or more) remote sets behind the same router is one of the reasons the 3CX SBC exists. A single, remote set, at a site usually isn't a problem, but add more, and the audio issue you are experiencing, can happen. There may be some setting that can be changed in your router, or perhaps, the sets, but, the best solution is to buy a Raspberry Pi (depending on the total number of sets at the location), and install the 3CX SBC.
