Internal Calls

    Means calling phone is not registered

    When you receive that error, it means the phone from which you are calling is not registered with the system. Check the server status log for the exact caller and callee - checking the SIP id should show that somehow the phone is not sending the correct information or the PBX does not have the extension configured correctly.

    As a side note, we are releasing a new build over the next few days (by 7 october) that will have better error logging in the server status window.
