    Hi there yall,

I have a fresh installation of 3cx running, all worked perfectly for bout 2 days, all external calls go fine without any problems. (good audio, everything fine)

    But internal theres problems:
the phone rings at reception, she picks up, puts caller on hold, and trys to call an extension to transfer the call too. the extension beeing called answeres the call but heares nothing, also the receptionist hears nothing.

this does not happen all the time, but enough times to be annoying.

Also calls between extension without someone waiting have that problem
    sometimes.

And the receptionist asked me if there was a way she could transfer a customer to an extension and let it ring as long as she wants (now she gets it back automatically afther three rings or so) and pick it back when she wants if no answer?

We use a dedicated server for 3cx, a mix of sulptura and grandstream phones.

hope to have a solution soon :D

We sure need more info to help this. Guess, what happens if I call MS support and ask them to help, because "Sometimes my system hangs up"

well i cant really pinpoint where the problem may be, we use sulptura ata and grandstream 2000 devices. all registers perfectly, all are bound to media server and unchecked support for re-invite in the voip gateway config (else music on hold is buggered)

If the receptionist dials an extension, she hears ringing when the other side picked up the line. The other line hears nothing.

    part of server log:

    Hi Dakhalli
Did you resolve your issue? could you restart all PBX services, immediately try and recreate the problem only and then sending the logs in the post?

In the logs there was a note - Cant send RTP stream - dest unreachable - are the phones configured correctly? nik

hey nick yeh sorry for not following up on the post.

Seemed the problem only existed with 2 ata's. When i rebooted them, all worked fine.

The the error sometimes still pops up (can't send rdp stream) is all seems to work perfectly.

And again, sorry for not following up :D
