Internal port number does not match external port number, failing firewall checker

    I wanted to know if anyone has seen this issue. I am working to get 3cx setup to test the system to decide if we want to move forward with it as a solution. I have everything working internally and have started setting up the items needed to use the system outside of our network. It seems like its working (minus presence, which I am not sure why thats not working but calls work) but when I run the firewall checker it fails (even though the ports are open and NAT is setup). Some of the ports pass but most fail and look like this...

    I am using the 3CX v14 with all of the updates installed and the 3cx computer and mobile apps.

    Any ideas? Does it matter?

    It may simply be the router you are using, which make/model is it, other may have suggestions on settings or compatibility. There may be something that has to be changed, or it may continue to do port translations with calls to VoIP providers working just fine.

    As Leejor said, there are some firewalls which just do not work properly.
    let us know what you are using and someone probably has some info for you.

    We are using a Mcafee NGFW (2 model FW-315-C1's pared together)
    SMC version 5.8.3 and security engine 5.8.5

    Like I had mentioned before it seems like its working, I can get calls at home I just don't have presence working yet off site.
