Internal server error when clicking Update [solved]

    3cx Ver. : v15, Build 56008
    SO : Windows server 2012 R2

    When i click update button in main dashboard i receive this error :


    Internal Server Error(500)

    System.FormatException: Formato della stringa di input non corretto.

    I get that too. On the official version of v15.

    I'm having the same issue as well. It says system is up to date, but when you go to updates it gives the internal server error.

    Hello there,

    on the server where V15 is installed >>
    1. C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\2r7xxxxxxxx\firmware_new
    2. Remove “firmwares.json” file
    3. Restart all 3CX Services and nginx service (or restart the whole server).

    this should solve your issue
