    Hi,

    Every now and again, our phones refuse to complete a call and show "SERVER INTERNAL ERROR: 9" and give us a noise just like a busy tone. The 3cx logs show;

    Hi Oliver,

    Its quite generic, a suppport ticket would probably be the best way to go, do you have a support contract? IF you run a wireshark capture it would be able to give you some more info as to why this would be happening.

    Hi, can you try using Stun-less mode?
    Go to Settings > Network > Stun Server > Turn off Stun server, and specify your Public IP there.

    Also make sure you have the correct range of ports open on your firewall.
