internal server prob? or provider prob

    Hi

    I have a South African phone number and I used to use this with 3CX without any problem
    Since today I got the following message:

    CM503014]: Call(18): Attempt to reach [sip:877500000@192.168.1.39] failed. Reason: Server Failure
    11:46:31.468 CallLeg::eek:nFailure [CM503003]: Call(18): Call to sip:877500000@sip99.telfreesa.com:5060 has failed; Cause: 500 Internal Server Error; from IP:196.46.138.29
    11:46:29.625 CallLeg::eek:nFailure [CM503003]: Call(18): Call to sip:877500000@sip99.telfreesa.com:5060 has failed; Cause: 500 Internal Server Error; from IP:196.46.138.29

    My question is if this is a problem from MY internal server in 3CX or does it mean that Telfree has a problem there.
    When I register directly with my Linksys SPA962 into their server everything is okay.

    As soon as I register through 3CX the line is green but I cannot call. The outboundrule is set to that certain extension so it is not that problem.

    Please help

    Have you tried upgradeing the 3CX phone system recently.
    If you have this may be the issue because during the upgrade process it says thats it is advisable that you redo all your outbound rules.

    Something may have become corupted in the outbound rules.
    Prob a good idea to delete them and add them in again... try from scratch just incase...

    Let us know how you go and if it doesn't fix it can you please let us know any changes that have been made recetly?
    EG phone system upgrade, phone change...

    One last thing... in 3CX just go the SYSTEM UPDATES and check that everything is up to scratch!
