International Inbound Calling Issue

    Hello all,

    I could use some help with an issue we are having.

    International inbound calls to a remote office (by remote I mean site-to-site VPN and 3CX server at HQ) extension is sent to straight to voicemail, user claims the phone never rings.

    I'm able to make local in/out bound calls and I'm able to make outbound international calls to this extension.

    It feel like a timeout issue, but I can't seem to find a parameter to tweak.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    3CX Ver. 7.1.7139.0
    Win2K3 Server SP2
    SIP Trunk
    Cisco ASA

    If possible, if you can replicate the issue, post a 3CX log showing the inbound international call that goes straight to VM and post a call that rings the phone for the set rings before going to VM.
