When testing our new 3CX system we noticed our Digital Receptionist Prompt .wav file cuts out at random places. If we test internally it sounds crisp, clear, and with no skip (Externally the quality seems lower as well). I've tried adjusting the firewall ports but it doesn't seem to help. The firewall test does show all ports passing. The skip/cut out happens in random locations of the Digital Receptionist Prompt. I read on another post that said it is possible to change the 3CX Codec being used but haven't found any documentation on doing this other than changing the Phone's Codec while provisioning the them? Otherwise, any ideas / suggestions ?
