Introducing delay in line pick up by Digital Receptionist

    Installed a 3CX system and working good!

    We have analog cordless phones on PSTN lines in parallel with GXW4104 gateway. Currently, the digital receptionist picks up the incoming call in approximately 2 rings. We want to increase it to 4 rings.

    I increased the setting "Line management - Line Config - Other Options - Answer After (seconds)" from 0 to 15, but it did not help. Is there any other setting in the system I need to tweak?

    you can use the promt. whats means that: you record 4 times ringtones en you give the path on option Prompt on the digital receptionist settings.
