Invalid characters in external phone number

    Since users are able to control their own forwarding, they can forward to external numbers with hyphens and parenthesis. If they do this callers with get a "No outbound lines were available for this call" message. This could be prevented by removing invalid characters from the number before dialing or restricting the field entry in the clients.
