Invalid Conference ID - External Participants

    I am trying to setup the Audio conferencing so that we can schedule conference calls with clients, the conferences can be scheduled and joined internally without any issue however if someone externally tries calling in they get told the conference ID is invalid.

    For testing purposes I have the conference pin set off and I have tried multiple times with different conference PIN's to no avail.

    Is there any other configuration required for external recipients to join a 3CX audio conference.

    Is there a DID assigned to conferencing? If so set it to an IVR and try to dial an extension. Does that work? Which provider are you using and what version PBX are you running?
    This might be a DTMF issue where the input is not correctly sent by your provider. If you have the ability check with a different provider and see if the issue persists. It is always recommended using a supported provider to avoid compatibility issues.
