iOS Client Call Drops

    Issue Info

    Handset: [Phone|Heatphone]
    Contacts: [Local]
    Connection: [WiFi|3G] - Both
    Server: [External]

    When calling from my iPhone 6s 3CX Client (15.2.7.222) to contacts listed in PRESENCE the call abruptly drops after 20 - 30 seconds of speaking. I just updated to iOS 11, but it did this in the last version of 10 as well.

    Hello @Boloman1925

    Please, inform me, is your PBX up to date?Does the firewall checker passes with no errors? How did you provisioned the client, using the welcome email or did you configured the app manually?

    Hello,

    Yes the CLIENT and the PBX app and iOS are all the most recent.
    Yes, firewall checker passes all tests.
    PROVISIONING was done by opening the file in the WELCOME email sent to client.

    Other Clients work fine with the same extension, (Mac OS) and a Yealink W52P Set.

    seems to be restricted to iOS client.
