IOS devices keep getting offline

    Hello,

    I'm having a weird situation to wich i don't seem to find the solution.

    We have a few users that only use the mobile client, the ones on android don't have an issue and show online all the time, but our iphone users show offline most of the time, when they manually open the app they come online again. Sometimes they go offline after a while, and some stay online untill the pbx restarts.

    Can anyone guide me to a solution or help me to the place where i can find one.

    I am running into a similar issue as well but with mine after about 5 minutes they show up back on line. I know my users are on 12.1 and the apps are up to date and 3cx version is 15.5 sp6 but cant seem to get it to stop doing this issue no matter what I try.

    I've tried updating the app, reinstalling the app, blowing the extension up and rebuilding it and none of it seems to fix the problem.

    Anyone have any ideas? I have a Doctor who is getting short on patience.

    I have some questions:
    1) Is there any differences in connection time if you are on Wi-Fi or 3/4G?
    2) Is the 3CX app showing offline if the phone is active and the app is open?

    1) from what i have seen no

    2) when doing my testing the App is usually running on the phone in the background. That being said before the test it is online in the 3cx portal prior to the test call.

    Please try without the use of the tunnel (5090)
    Make sure port 5001 or 443 are not been disturbed by anything
    Run Firewall Checker to be sure all ports are open
