IP of Phone is incorrect

    Hi all,

    I have a SNOM 300 which is showing in System Manager > Phones as having an IP address which is no longer correct. It had picked up the incorrect IP from another phone which it was slaved from and was using the phone's DHCP. Having corrected the settings on the phone it was connected to so it now passes on DHCP requests, the phone now has a suitable IP, but no calls can be routed to it as the system hasn't registered it's new IP. I have tried re-registering the phone but it hasn't made a difference.

    We're running 3CX Version 12
    Snom 300 is firmware

    Server log showing call from me to 453 with the wrong IP -

    If anyone knows how I can get the system to recognise the phone's current IP, then I would be very grateful.

    Please restart Phone System if possible.
    After that reconnect the Snom and check if it has the right IP-address.
