iPhone app choppy

    Users of the 3CX iPhone app sound choppy. I wonder if maybe I could try to use another codec? How would I do that? It is hard to get them to prefer 3CX over their mobile phone provider if the call quality is inferior.

    I would have to agree with Leejor, it is likely to be a coverage issue.

    You could also try enabling PBX delivers audio on the extension as a test also.

    Also meant to ask if the audio issues happen on both internal and external calls.

    Version of 3CX and client would also be useful.

    I know that 3CX technical have said that there is a major release due in the foreseeable future to solve a lot of issues with the client-as of the latest SP release I can't see anything: https://www.3cx.com/blog/change-log/phone-system-change-log/
